She has worked previously at the Barrington Hills KinderCare as the Center Director and previous to that in Algonquin as an Assistant Director. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Illinois State University in 2003.</p>
<p><!--block-->Laurie has been in the early childhood education field for over 25 years. She has an associate's degree in early childhood education from Harper College. She started her journey as a Sunday School Teacher. She loves to create a love of learning with songs or stories. Laurie is married and has one daughter, Carolynn. Her hobbies care crafting, sewing, and gardening.</p>
<p><!--block-->Ms. Kelli has worked for KinderCare since May of 2011. She has her child development associate (CDA) credential in Early Childhood Education and is currently enrolled at Rasmussen College to earn her bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. Previously, she was a nanny for three and a half years for two little boys. Kelli enjoys doing art and sensory activities with the babies. The babies love to read and sing with Kelli because she has so much enthusiasm. Kelli is great at taking pictures and sends home lots! The infant families really like Kelli. <p><!--block-->Ms. Sogra has worked for Kindercare since 2002. She came from India, where she went to college for three years and worked as a teacher for ten years. She had three years of college in Hyderbad, India and after moving here to the United States, continued taking early childhood education courses at Harper College. Ms. Sogra enjoys watching the infants grow and holding on to the relationships she made as the infants move up to other classrooms. She is proud of the wonderful relationships with the children and their families.</p>
