<p><!--block-->Amber started in Early Childhood Education in 2000 as an assistant teacher for KinderCare. She became a lead teacher for school age program, using her classroom management skills to support a team of educators and taking on additional management roles. After graduating with her associates degree in Early Childhood Education, Amber became a Center Director in February 2016. </p>
<p><!--block-->Hannah started in Early Care and Education in 2010 as an assistant teacher for a military childcare organization, then strengthened her professional development by graduating at the top of her class with her Associates in Early Childhood Development. She became a Lead Teacher for both a toddler and two's classroom, using her classroom management skills to support a team of educators. Hannah joined the KinderCare family in 2015 while conducting field hours for her education courses, taking on the role of Assistant Director. She has broadened her skill set by working with a diverse group of teachers, children, and their families. Hannah looks forward each day to supporting her team in providing the highest quality environment that she can to support the children in their growth. Her focus is truly on the families, and to make their experience with KinderCare one their children will remember and appreciate for a lifetime.</p>
<p><!--block-->Kim was born and raised in Hoffman Estates, IL and now lives in Palatine! Kim attended Northern Illinois University and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2009 with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. In March 2010 she started working for KinderCare as a Prekindergarten Teacher. A year later, she became the Private Kindergarten Teacher, and taught the class for five years. She also took on management responsibilities which prepared her to take on the role as Assistant Director for the Palatine KinderCare! Kim loves working with children and seeing their accomplishments over the years!</p>
<p><!--block-->Ms. Jen has been an Infant Teacher here for over two years. She decided to change career paths after having her son. She realized how much she loves caring for children and fell in-love with our Infant Nursery. Ms. Jen truly loves seeing the babies grow and building relationships with all of the families. When she is not at KinderCare, she enjoys spending her free time with her son and boyfriend. Their favorite thing to do together is fish!</p>
<p><!--block-->After graduating from DePaul University with her bachelor's of arts in Psychology, Ms. Megan knew right away that her interests were in working with kids. She loves to teach in every single way, and loves to watch young children learn from their environment and teachers. It's amazing for her to see how observant and smart children are. She especially loves to help shape who they are as little humans!</p>
